Free site surveys and consultations are provided exclusively within Mueang Udon Thani district. For outer areas, transport and survey fees apply based on distance (refundable against final invoice if contracted). All official quotations issued by NPTech Solutions remain valid for 30 days from the issue date unless specified otherwise in writing.
All safety engineering works are performed by expert technicians according to international protocols. We offer a 1-year warranty on wiring and installation works. Core hardware (CCTV, Access Controllers, Alarm hubs) carries a 1-to-3-year official manufacturer warranty based on the selected brand.
Complimentary on-site diagnostic service is provided for 1 full year for clients in Mueang Udon Thani district under standard contracts. Damage caused by storms, lightning strikes, grid power surges, physical damage, or user misconduct is excluded from the free warranty but can be serviced for a nominal fee.
These terms of service and operations shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal dispute arising under these conditions shall be settled in Udon Thani Provincial Court.
