The Challenge
Managing massive food production halls, a high-volume flagship restaurant, and main offices required extensive security monitoring. The legacy analog cameras were insufficient, and unstable internal phone networks and Wi-Fi coverage across production sections slowed down operational communication.
Our Deployed Solution
NPTech implemented a full-scale infrastructure upgrade: (1) Deployed 400+ high-definition Hikvision IP cameras covering production zones, retail frontages, and offices, (2) Installed an enterprise PABX exchange supporting 256 lines and 12 IP phones for desk communications, (3) Laid a gigabit network backbone with 300 ports routed to central server racks, (4) Mounted 50+ high-performance Wi-Fi Access Points for employees and guest networks.
Project Results & Impact
The modern network and unified security system greatly streamlined operations. Staff coordinate actions instantaneously using the PABX lines. High-definition camera feeds dramatically enhanced loss prevention and provided maximum peace of mind for the restaurant guests and corporate offices.
